The Schüco Façade System FWS 50 impresses as a basic system with its high flexibility and attractive design options for facades and skylights, including optimal production and installation processes. Thanks to a comprehensive system program, solutions for different demands and applications can be realized.
The transparent, profile-integrated security barrier blends seamlessly into the exterior appearance. Floor-length opening units and the required safety against falling at low spandrel heights can be implemented with the same profile view width and an uninterrupted profile transition.
The vertical/horizontal facade with a front elevation width of 50 mm offers a wide range of design freedom in combination with glass pressure profiles and steel façade cladding as well as Schüco Windows, doors and sliding systems.
Components optimized for the system enable easy and safe integration of electrical components, for example for automatic Schüco doors or solar shading systems.
With the vertical/horizontal façade, Schüco once again realizes its claim on ecologically sustainable products. The Schüco FWS 50.SI (Super Insulated) system option has been awarded the silver "Cradle to Cradle Certified™" sustainability label for recyclability and low pollutant content by the independent C2CPII institute in cooperation with EPEA in Hamburg.
